Central co-ordination of the project will be undertaken under the guidance of the EUROGEO Network. The individual national organisations are then able to give direct feedback to teachers in their own countries, through national, regional and local events. These networks and connections already exist.

Specialists in geography education, in the use of ICT in Geography and in teacher training will inform the project and contribute to the goals set out above. The television/media company and publishing house will enable much of the multimedia content and will support and kitemark the outcomes in order to assist the dissemination process.

Management of the project will include three team meetings a year of all the partners. These will largely be used to present progress, to discuss specific and detailed issues, to resolve matters and to brainstorm progress and facilitiate other developments. These will be supplemented at regular intervals by technologically-enabled communications and in particular the use of the Web site environment, videoconferencing, Net meetings and email. External experts will be used to monitor and review the progress and content of the project.
